Scientists clame that there are two types of people with special extremes of intelligence. In first groop are mentaly retarded and in other intellectually gifted.
Firstly, mental redardation is a disability which prevents intelectual functioning and adaptive skills such as conceptual, social and practical. There are two kinds of people: those who can't be trained becouse they need special treatment and those who can be thought.
Secondly, people with high IQs are sociable, popular, positive, healthy and succesiful. However, scientists clames, that gifted people get bored or vulnerable and this may lead them to regression.
To sum up, and mental retardation and intellectually gifted people need special attention if they want to achieve maximum potential.
